hospitality service provider, China
Travel Service Head Office (Beijing)
Co., Ltd. provides you with five
discount hotel Special Packages
(including accommodation, breakfast,
shuttle bus between the hotel and
the venue). You can consult by phone
or visit the official website to for
details about the ordering
procedures and package types.
Reservation of the hotel packages
shall be submitted and confirmed
through mail and the full amount of
the payment shall be paid in
advance.
The deadline for the official
hospitality service provider to
accept reservations shall be April
20, 2010. Please make reservation in
time.

- Click “RACE” on the top of the
page for detailed hotel ordering
procedures and related information
about hotel packages. Please
download the Hotel Reservation Form
if needed;
- After selecting the package,
please fill in the Hotel Reservation
Form carefully, including all the
valid personal information, and send
the Form to
tnf100@ctsho.com;
- The system will send a reminder
to your E-mail address for your
further confirmation after the Hotel
Reservation Form is submitted
successfully;
- Upon receiving the system
reminder for your further
confirmation, please re-confirm the
hotel package you’ve chosen and
remit the full amount of the package
fee to the designated account of the
official hospitality service
provider provided by the us before
the hotel reservation deadline;
- Upon receipt of your remittance,
the system will send you an E-mail
notifying you of the successful
reservation of the hotel package;
