| X. Risk Warning |

1. The Organizing Committee
reserves the right to
postpone or cancel the
event;
2. The registration fee is
non-refundable once paid;
3. The Organizing Committee
provides medical service for
all runners. If on-site
medical staff decide that a
runner is not fit to
continue the race, this
runner must stop the race;
4. If a runner needs medical
attention beyond the
organizers’ capability, the
Organizing Committee will
make every effort to assist
and the runner must bear all
the additional costs;
5. Due to the nature and
length of the endurance run,
runners may not receive
immediate medical attention;
6. The Organizing Committee
will make the greatest
effort to provide clear
course direction signage. In
case of any missing or
damaged signage caused,
please do follow event
course maps included in
Runner’s Guide Book;
7. If a runner is unable to
meet any of the cut-off
times and refuses to be
collected and taken to the
finish area in accordance
with the races rules and
regulations, a referee will
remove that runner’s number
bibs, and the runner is thus
disqualified and continues
is at all his or her own
risk. |
