The organizing committee will provide broom bus service during the race. Runners
who do not reach the check point by the cut-off time must withdraw from the
race, proceed to the aid station and board the broom bus to be driven to the
finish area. The broom bus will wait for the runners until the departure time
listed. If the bus has departed, runner should report to the referee at the aid
station and return to the finish area together.

| Bag Check |
|
Two aid stations along the route and finish area will
provide bag check services for 100KM, where runners can
get their own snacks and change their clothes. There
will be two drop bag locations at Deshengkou Village
(25.8 KM) and Wangbaochuan Village (79.8 KM). Runners
may choose to change clothing or take their snack breaks
at these two locations. The bag can retrieved at the
finish area at the end of the race.
In order to ensure safety for runners, each 100km runner
shall bring a headlamp and store it at the start. The
Organizing Committee will collect the headlamps and
transport them to the Wangbaochuan aid station (79.8
KM). Runners who can’t reach Wangbaochuan aid station
before 5:00pm must wear their headlamp to finish the
rest of the race; otherwise the runner will be
disqualified. |

| Aid Station/ Water Station |

There will be aid stations and water stations throughout
the course, 18 ones for 100KM and 12 for 50KM. The aid
stations will provide water, energy drinks, banana,
chocolate pie and some first aid supplies. The water
stations will only provide mineral water. Doctors will
provide medical assistance at the start, at the aid
stations along the course and at the finish. |

| Training Course |
|
The 4th training clinic will be held, as before, at
Laoshan Park at 10:00am to 12:00am on April 17th
(Saturday). The trainer is Prof. Cao Jianmin, head of
the Exercise Biochemistry of Teaching and Research
Section, Beijing Sports University. The course is
designed for all the registered runners as well as
long-distance running fans.
