Endurance Training Courses Running Skills Training Diet Training Plan
 
In order to educate runners with endurance running knowledge and to learn about professional gears, The North Face ® will host a series of pre-race free training clinics.
* The training courses are in Chinese.
 
Clinic Schedule

From 10:00 am to 12:00 Every Saturday. Please refer to the below for details:

Traffic

1. How to get to Laoshan Park?
Take subway line #1 to BaJiao Amusement Park, straight to east and turn north at the T-junction. Laoshan Park is about 1000m form T-junction.
* Shuttle Service: There is a 50-seat free bus for runners wait at Bajiao Amusement Park station. The bus leaves at 9:50am to Laoshan Park.
2. How to get to Olympic Forest Park?
Take subway Line#8 to South Gate of Olympic Forest Park Station, exit at B.
 
Regsitration

1. Time: Registration opens now. First come first served. The deadline is 5:00pm one day before each training class.
2. How to register: Please call 010-82390042 or sent your name and race discipline to info@thenorthface100.com.cn
3. Registration confirm: make sure to receive “Training Clinic Registration Confirmation”.
 
Awards

All runners who attend the clinic who writes a dairy (over 100 words) is entitled to receive a souvenirs from The North Face 100®. For more information, please login the official website.

Mr. Sun Haibin Executive of Outdoor Sports Center, Beijing Sports University
− The first Asian who crossed Atlantic Ocean in 56 days with non-powered boat in 2001.
− Winner #6 and #7 in 1998 and 1999 “Seven Star” International Cross Country Challenge No.6 and No.7
− 1995,1996 Asia Triathlon Series China Triathlon Championship, ranked 5th in Asia, 3rd in China
− China Track-and-Field Championship in 1995, ranked no.No. 11

Mr. Cao Jianmin Executive of Sports Biochemistry Research Center, Beijing Sports University
− In 2000,Director of medical committee in China Triathlon Sports Association who is in charge of medical aid of national triathlon training and competiton and monitor athletes physical functions.
− In 2000 March, becomes nutritionist working as service team for Zhang Jian, who is responsible for Zhang’s nutrient supply and physical functions monitor. Make nutrition plan for Zhang’s cross
− In 2000, was hired as research consultant of The 9th National Games by Guangxi Sports Bureau
− In 1998, worked as Technical Coach of The Chinese Women’s Handball Team.
− In 1997, he is hired as training and physical functions supervisor of The Chinese Football Association
